The Cabin over Memorial Day weekend =)

A lot of Pictures, so beware =)

We headed up to the cabin Friday after the kids got home from school. We got up there later than usual and so we once we got unpacked I got dinner going right away. We have fun, playing cards, listening to music and reading the National Geographic's. It was a fun relaxing night, just what we needed =)

These two pictures were taken Saturday night when we went driving around the mountain looking for deer and other animals. Zac stayed at the window the WHOLE time, almost 2 hours!! He kept telling his dad "you my cabin buddy!" and he still does at least 3 times every day! Zac really wanted to find some deer, or bears, but their was just so many people there for the weekend that we didn't see any =(
Here they are swimming in the creek. Their was a rock right there and they would stand on it and jump in.

I stayed ashore and read a good book and enjoyed them playing and laughing in the cold water. Bethanee was the first to go all the way under! She kept teasing Benj relentlessly until he finally did it to... it took him a while, but he finally did it =)
Jonathan was afraid to walk across the rocks by himself (they all had their croc's on, but it was still slippery). So Bethanee, being the sweet big sis that she is, held his hand and helped him across.

Zac doing his "manly" pose =) He took one step in the water and then said "its to cold mom!" and came out and sat with me. He Loved to throw rocks in the water. He thought splash that ensued was the Best!

The boys got cold for a little bit, but Bethanee convinced them that they just had to stay in the water and it would warm up. So they did and they had a blast!

I asked Zac if he was excited to be at the cabin and this is the face that I got along with a "YES!"

We saw a frog when we went for a walk.

They caught the frog =)

Hiking down the cabin drive.

Nice pics. The ones on the top bunk bring back so many memories with me and Elizabeth.

No, the frog had to stay at the cabin =)Bethanee let it go in the creek and it was funny watching it try to swim back to shore as the current was pushing it down stream... okay, maybe that was mean to watch, but it was funny =)
